Synchronize Incidents
Let us learn to synchronize incidents in
Prisma SD-WAN
Netsec.
You can synchronize incidents consistently between the controller and the device.
During the incidents synchronization, the device sends standing incident snapshots
to the controller every 24 hours and the controller clears the incidents that no
longer exist in the device and raises the device's missing incidents.

From the
ellipsis
menu next to a device, select
Sync Incident
to synchronize the incidents between
the controller and the device.
