Activate the SaaS Agent Security License Standalone

Activate the SaaS Agent Security standalone license.
  1. Log in to the Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal (CSP).
  2. Select ProductsSoftware/Cloud NGFW Credits.
  3. Locate your credit pool and Create Deployment Profile. The deployment profile lets you configure resource allocation for your SaaS Agent Security instance.
  4. Select Prisma AIRSAI Agent Security and click Next.
  5. Configure the deployment profile.
    1. Enter a Profile Name.
    2. Configure the Max API calls per day to specify the capacity for runtime thread detection.
      The maximum number of API calls per day represents the maximum number of API calls all your onboarded AI Agent Platforms make to SaaS Agent Security. The more calls your AI Agent Platforms can make to SaaS Agent Security, the more data and verdicts SaaS Agent Security can make regarding your AI agent security posture.
    3. Calculate Estimate Cost of Software/Cloud NGFW Credits to activate SaaS Agent Security.
    4. Create Deployment Profile.
  6. Associate the deployment profile with your Tenant Service Group (TSG).
    1. Select ProductsSoftware/Cloud NGFW Credits.
    2. Locate the credit pool you used to create the deployment profile and click Details.
    3. Locate the SaaS Agent Security deployment profile and Finish Setup.
    4. In the Activate Subscriptions based on Deployment Profile(s) section, configure the following:
      The Customer Support Account, Region, and Deployment Profile are populated by default.
      • Recipient—Select the tenant where you want to use SaaS Agent Security.
    5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
    6. Activate and record the Auth Code.
  7. Verify that SaaS Agent Security successfully associated with your TSG.
    1. Log in to Strata Cloud Manager.
    2. Select System SettingsTenants and verify that SaaS Agent Security displays.
  8. Get started with SaaS Agent Security.
    1. Onboard the SSPM app for your AI Agent Platform.
      Onboarding the SSPM app enables SaaS Agent Security to map information to identity names obtained from SSPM.
      For example, you must onboard the ServiceNow app to SSPM if you use the ServiceNow agent platform.
    2. Onboard AI Agent Platforms to begin posture management for your AI agent platforms.
      For example, you must onboard the ServiceNow agent platform if you onboarded the ServiceNow app to SSPM.
    3. View AI Agent information to understand your current AI agent security posture.
    4. Respond to security recommendations to quickly remediate security gaps related to AI agent platforms used by your organization.
