Upload custom documents to
Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (E-DLP)
using Trainable Classifiers to
create match criteria specific to documents your organization uses.- Log in to the security platform usingEnterprise DLP.
- Log in toStrata Cloud Manager
- (Panorama only) DLP app on the hubIf you don’t already have access to the DLP app on the hub, see the hub Getting Started Guide. Only Superusers can access the hub.
- Navigate to theEnterprise DLPDocument Types.

- Add Newto upload a new custom document.
- Define the new custom document.
- Enter aNamefor the custom document.
- For theTechnique, selectTrainable Classifier (TC).
- Select the documentCategory.The document category is used to group together similar types of documents for administrative purposes.You can specify one of the following predefined categories—Academia, Confidential, Employment, Financial, Government, Healthcare, Legal, Marketing, or Source Code.
- (Optional) Enter aDescriptionfor the custom document.Up to 300 characters are supported.
- Upload a.zipfor the either the Positive Training Documents, Negative Training Documents, or both.For theSource Filefor either,Browse Filesto select the.zipfile. Before you upload, review the upload requirements:
- You must upload a.zipfile containing your custom documents for the Positive Training Documents and for the Negative Training Documents. A discrete.zipfile is required for each.
- The.zipfile must containing at least 20 document file types supported by Enterprise DLP.A.zipcontaining 50 documents is recommended.
- All custom documents contained in the.zipfile must be text files.
- Minimum of 10 words required.
- Maximum of 10 MB per custom document is supported.
- Documents containing images are supported but all images are ignored.Documents containing images must still meet the minimum character requirement.
- Generate.
- InDocument Types, verify that your custom document successfully uploaded toEnterprise DLP.To quickly find the document, you can search for the custom documentName. After you have located the custom document, confirm theStatusisCompleted.
