    Learn how to create a Smart Computer Group in Jamf Pro for the installation of the GlobalProtect app.
    Where Can I Use This?What Do I Need?
    • NGFW (managed by Panorama or Strata Cloud Manager)
    • Prisma Access (managed by Panorama or Strata Cloud Manager)
    • GlobalProtect Gateway license or Prisma Access license with the Mobile User subscription
    You can create a Jamf Smart Computer Group in Jamf Pro to target managed macOS devices for the installation of the GlobalProtect app. When you set up configuration profiles or Jamf policies for GlobalProtect app deployment, you can set the scope to the Smart Computer Group that you created.
    1. In Jamf Pro, select ComputersSmart Computer GroupsNew.
    2. Enter a Display Name for the group.
    3. Select Criteria and Add a criteria for the group.
    4. Choose a criteria from the list.
    5. Select the Operator and Value for the criteria. If necessary, you can Add more criteria.
    6. Save your settings.
