App Access

Use the hub to access your Palo Alto Networks apps and services.
Use the hub to access your apps. To access your apps, log in to the hub, which requires that you have a Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal (CSP) account with one of the following roles: Super User, Standard User, or Limited User. Be aware that, to access an app, the app must be activated, and you must have the appropriate role assigned to you.
When you log in to the hub, use the same username and password combination that you use to log in to CSP. If you enter an incorrect username or password ten times in a row, you will be locked out for the next 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, you can try to log in again.
To change the password that you use to log in to the hub, you will need to reset your password on the Customer Support Portal.
See Activate Applications for a high level description on app activation.
See Manage App Roles for details on the available roles and how to assign roles to users.

Accessing Apps Without a Role

You cannot log in to the hub unless you have been assigned at least one role in the hub. If you do not have at least one role, you will see a message stating that the hub is not available.
Contact your Account Administrator, App Administrator, or Instance Administrator to have a role assigned to you. If you do not know who to contact, identify them by signing in to your Customer Support Portal account. Then, refer to How to Manage Users in Your Account and follow the instructions to Edit an Account Member.
