The Integrations view (IntegrationsIntegrations) gives you a health summary of all integration instances across your tenant. Three summary widgets appear above the instance table:
  • Status — a donut chart showing the total number of instances and their distribution across the following statuses. Clicking a status count filters the instance table to show only instances in that status.
    • Healthy — the instance is active and all use cases are running as configured.
    • Warning — the instance is running but has encountered non-critical issues that may affect data quality or completeness.
    • Failed — one or more use cases have stopped due to an error, such as invalid credentials or an unreachable endpoint. The instance requires attention to resume normal operation.
    • Disabled — the instance has been manually disabled and no use cases are running.
  • Instances with Failed Runs — lists the top five instances ranked by number of failed runs in the selected time window. Click View All to sort the instance table by failed runs in descending order.
  • Instances with Top Volume — lists up to the top five instances ranked by data volume. Toggle between inbound and outbound volume to switch the ranking. Click View All to sort the instance table by data volume in descending order.
The main table lists all integration instances and can include information specific to integration instances, such as:
  • Scheduled Run — the time of the next scheduled job run.
  • Failed Runs — the number of failed job runs in the selected time window.
  • Total Runs — the total number of job runs in the selected time window.
  • Profile — the profile associated with the integration instance.
  • Use Cases — the use cases enabled for the integration instance.
  • Action — available actions for the integration instance.

Detailed Integration Instance Information

Select an integration instance to open a detailed integration instance view. The view appears with three tabs: Performance, Schedule, and Configuration.
  • Performance — The Performance tab shows key metrics for the integration instance, such as the instance status, number of failed runs and the total number of runs, latency, and data volume.
Under the key metrics, you can view individual charts for each use case associated with the instance's profiles. The charts display the data volume processed for each use case over time. Hovering over a data point shows the exact value and timestamp.
  • Schedule — The Schedule tab shows a timeline of historical, current, and future use case runs. You can expand the timeline in both directions to Show More earlier or future runs.
The historical, or earlier, runs display their execution timestamp, status, and duration. Failed runs are highlighted in red. Clicking on a historical run takes you to the Activity log for that use case run.
If a use case is actively running, you can view the use case and when the run started. You can also pause or cancel the run.
Future scheduled use case runs are shown with the next scheduled run time. You can cancel a future run without cancelling the entire use case schedule.
You can also initiate a use case run immediately. When you Start a Run, you need to select a profile and the use cases that you want before you can Start Run.
  • Configuration — The Configuration tab shows the connection settings for the instance, such as the assigned engine, the hostname and authentication method, and the profiles and use cases associated with the instance. To change the configuration, click the Edit icon.
