As you monitor the health of the Prisma Access Agents that are deployed to end
users in your organization, you might detect issues that require remediation. The
Inventory page () simplifies troubleshooting by offering centralized controls that you can
use to troubleshoot Prisma Access Agents.
When a user encounters a connectivity problem or other problem with the Prisma Access Agent,they can try to fix the issue if a resolution is provided in
the notification. However, if they still can’t resolve the problem, they will contact
you for assistance.
