Prisma Access license
Learn more about the apps and services that are natively built in or are integrated with
Prisma Access and how to validate your Prisma Access license. Some apps and services are
supported based on license type. The Prisma Access flexible licensing scheme enables you
to purchase just what you need to secure your remote networks and mobile users. You can
purchase Prisma Access licenses based on your organization's deployment method, the
edition needed, and location. You can check what’s supported with your license directly
in Prisma Access. You can also purchase optional add-ons. After you verify your license
details, you can start configuring Prisma Access.

Here’s how to validate your Prisma Access license type, and the services and support it
includes.
You can also double-check that your configuration is compliant with your license coverage; the
License Compliance widget shows you if there are any areas
where your license coverage isn’t aligned with your configuration, so that you can
identify where fixes need to be made. Validate your license and what’s supported with it
directly in Prisma Access (Managed by Strata Cloud Manager). Go to ManageConfigurationNGFW and Prisma AccessOverviewLicenses . Select the Prisma Access configuration
scope.

To validate your license information, go to ManageConfigurationNGFW and Prisma AccessService SetupOverviewConfigurationNGFW and Prisma AccessService SetupOverview and click the link in the ManageConfigurationNGFW and Prisma AccessOverview panel.

CHECK LICENSE COMPLIANCE: See if there are any
conflicts between your configuration and your license support. For
example, this might happen if you change your license type, and a
configuration that was previously valid, is no longer supported with the
new license type. If you see any issues here:
Select the failure to see what needs to be fixed.
Do a License Check to validate your fixes.

Learn how to determine the Prisma Access license type
you have by checking the Panorama UI.
Some license requirements, such as the requirements you need to enable tenants in a multitenant configuration,
are dependent on the type of Prisma Access license you have. To determine your
license type, select PanoramaLicenses and find the information in the Prisma Access area.
Licenses available after November 17, 2020 include the license Edition and
provide you with the type of Prisma Access Locations you
can deploy (either Local or Worldwide locations).
Licenses available before November 17, 2020, contain the words GlobalProtect
Cloud Service in the license areas and are divided by
remote networks, mobile users, or Clean Pipe.
