    View Prisma Agent Settings on iOS

    View your current project connection details and access troubleshooting options from the Prisma Agent settings page on iOS.

    The Prisma Agent settings page shows your current connection information, including your username, the project you are connected to, and the server address. From the settings page, you can also access troubleshooting tools such as the connection statistics screen and the option to share logs with your IT administrator.
    1. Open the Prisma Agent app.
    2. Tap the Settings icon to go to the settings page.
      The YOUR INFORMATION section displays your username, the project you are connected to, and your server address.
    3. Under Notifications, tap Notification Controls to view and manage which background notifications you receive on your device.
    4. Under TROUBLESHOOTING, tap Connection Statistics to view live tunnel data.
      The Connection Statistics screen displays the active tunnel network, IP address, gateway, protocol, and traffic counters. Statistics refresh every 5 seconds and reset when you reconnect. The Connection Statistics option is only available when the tunnel is connected.
    5. Under TROUBLESHOOTING, tap Share Logs to export logs and send them to your IT administrator if you experience connectivity issues.
    6. Tap the left arrow to dismiss the Settings page.
