Prisma® Access allows you to deploy multi-region and multi-cloud for mobile users,
remote networks, and service connections.
Prisma Access expands on its
multi-region high availability (HA) capabilities by adding resilience to services
that integrate with Prisma Access, including the
Cloud Identity Engine and Enterprise Data
Loss Prevention (
Enterprise DLP), with an initial rollout
starting with deployments in the United States.
With SASE Resilience, these services deploy across multiple regions for each tenant.
This architecture automatically mitigates the impact of regional cloud service
provider (CSP) failures with no configuration required on your part. In the event of
a regional outage, traffic fails over to the secondary region transparently,
maintaining security continuity for your users.
To protect against CSP-wide service interruptions, you can also deploy
SASE
Private Location to use in-country multicloud and on-premises hosting
options. These options let you maintain security continuity by routing to an
alternate cloud provider or your own on-premises infrastructure when a primary CSP
becomes unavailable.
The High-Availability and Resilience view in Strata Cloud Manager gives you
visibility into your multi-region and multicloud deployment status so you can
monitor your resilience posture and confirm that HA is active across your network
security services. The Cloud Identity Engine and Enterprise DLP now have enhanced
failover capabilities between cloud regions in the United States.
