View Prisma Agent Settings for Android

You can view Prisma Agent connection details and access troubleshooting options on the app's settings page.

Open the Prisma Agent app.
Go to the Settings page by tapping the Settings icon.
You can find connection status, gateway information, and other relevant details on the page.
(Prisma Agent 26.3) Under TROUBLESHOOTING, tap Connection Statistics to view live tunnel data.

The Connection Statistics screen displays the active tunnel network, IP Address, Gateway, Protocol, and traffic counters. Statistics refresh every 5 seconds and reset when you reconnect. The Connection Statistics option is only available when the tunnel is connected.

If your administrator has configured IPv6 dual-stack support and your device is IPv6-enabled, you will see both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
Click the left arrow to dismiss the Settings.
