Prisma Browser Operations
Enable end users to report issues from the Prisma Browser Extension, and manage those
reports from the Operations page in the management console.

The Operations page displays all issue reports submitted by users across the tenant.
Administrators can sort and filter the table, open a detail drawer for any report,
update the status of the issue, and send a notification back to the user.
You can open the Operations page in the Strata Cloud Manager by selecting
Viewing Issue Reports
The Operations page displays a table of all issue reports submitted by users in the
tenant. The table includes the following columns:

| Report ID | The unique identifier for the issue report. |
| Reported at | The date and time the user submitted the report. |
| User | The name of the user who submitted the report. |
| Issue type | The category of the issue, displayed as a color-coded pill
(Performance, Website Access, Browser Tools, Other). |
| Description | A truncated preview of the issue description. |
| Status | The current status of the report (Open, In Progress,
Resolved). |
| Updated | The date and time of the most recent update. |
The table supports sorting by the Reported at column. Reports are sorted by
most recent first by default.
Issue Report Detail Drawer
Click any row in the table to open the issue report detail drawer. The drawer
contains the following sections:
Description
Displays the full issue description submitted by the user. If the user attached files
or a screenshot, those attachments appear below the description with a download
option.
Metadata
Displays the following fields:

| Issue type | The category of the issue, displayed as a color-coded
pill. |
| Device | The device ID of the device from which the report was
submitted. |
| User | The name of the user who submitted the report. |
| Reported at | The date and time of submission. |
| URL | The URL of the page the user was on when the report was
submitted. |
| Updated by | The administrator who last updated the report (if
applicable). |
| Last updated | The date and time of the most recent update. |
Details
Provides links to:
- Device health — View the device health details for the reporting
device.
- Screenshot — View the screenshot captured at the time of the report (if
the user enabled the screenshot option).
Issue Status
Administrators can update the status of the report by selecting a new status from the
dropdown. The following statuses are available:
- Open — The report has been submitted but not yet reviewed. This is the
default status.
- In Progress — An administrator is actively investigating the reported
issue.
- Resolved — The issue has been addressed.
The following status transitions are permitted:

Admin Notification
Administrators can send a response back to the user by entering a message in the
Admin Notification text field. The response is delivered to the user through the
Prisma Browser notification system.
If a previous admin response exists, it is displayed above the input field, showing
the responding administrator’s email, the response date, and the message
content.
To update the status of an issue report:- From Strata Cloud Manager, select .
- Select and click the row that contains the report you want to see.
- In the Issue Status section, select the new status from the dropdown list.
- (Optional) In the Admin Notification section, enter a response message
for the user.
- Click Update.
