Known Issues
Review the open issues in Prisma Access Insights.
These are the issues we’re currently working on.
ID | Description |
---|---|
PAI-2405 | In a notification profile, there is no way
to delete a webhook once the webhook has been added. Currently,
if a customer wants to delete a webhook, they have to delete the
notification profile and re-create it without the webhook. Alternatively,
a customer can choose to disable the profile if they do not wish
to receive alert notifications. |
PAI-2205 | On the Tunnels dashboard, the backup
tunnel status is shown as being down, in red, when Okyo Garde is
connected to the native tunnel. |
PAI -2072 | A PAI alert and email needs to be created
for the Mobile User/GlobalProtect gateway when the GlobalProtect
pool is exhausted. |
PAI-2042 | On the Prisma Access Location dashboard,
the Cortex Data Lake Connectivity tab doesn’t have the option to
select the Okyo Garde category. |
PAI-1957 | Okyo Garde traffic data is not supported
in the Combined Traffic Distribution widget on the Summary Dashboard. |
PAI-1598 | If you click on the group name to retrieve
the users who belong to the group, occasionally you may not get
a response back with an error saying ‘Failed to fetch data’. This
could happen when the group has more than 50,000 users. |
PAN-182038 | In the User ID and User Group
Distribution Check dialog, the Timeout column should
display a count down of the time left until the user ID to user
IP mapping entry is valid. Instead, this field remains constant
at the initial value it was assigned even though the count down
is taking place on the server. So, it is likely that an entry showing
you a high value in the Timeout column of
the UserID-IP Mappings table could no longer
be there if you refresh the UI, because the count down value might
have reached zero on the server. |
DIN-1624 | There is a delay of 13 minutes between the
time that a node is disconnected from the Cortex Data Lake database
and the time when the node appears as disconnected in Insights widgets. |
PAI-1111 | In the Connected Users widget
of Monitoring Summary tab on the Mobile
Users dashboard, toggling between Peak and Average users for
Explicit Proxy users does not work. |
PAI-1103 | In the Mobile Users dashboard,
if you select Explicit Proxy under Connect Method ,
the options under the blue filter icon display OS/Version and GlobalProtect even
though those filters do not apply to Explicit Proxy. If you select
either of these options with Explicit Proxy connect
method, they will not have any filtering effect on the data. |
PAI-1102 | In the Map View of
the Mobile Users dashboard, for users using
Explicit Proxy, the flight path distinction between short range
and long range distances will not be displayed. |
PAI-1101 | If multiple user connections that use Explicit
Proxy to connect to Prisma Access have the same source IP display
as duplicate records if the browser version is same. |
PAI-1077 | Alerts are not supported for Mobile Users
using Explicit Proxy to connect to Prisma Access. However, you will
be able to see the performance data for such users in the widgets. |
PAI-815 | The Service Connection section
of the License Expiration Dates widget in
the Summary dashboard does not display the
Service Connection license information for a tenant even though
the tenant may have a Service Connection license. |
PAI-434 | When there are more than 10,000 entries
in the Mobile Users List on Dashboards Mobile Users Mobile Users |
