Where Can I Use This? What Do I Need?

  • SaaS Security Posture Management license
Or any of the following licenses that include the Data Security license:
  • CASB-X
  • CASB-PA
For SSPM to detect posture risks in your Zoho WorkDrive instance, you must onboard your Zoho WorkDrive instance to SSPM. Through the onboarding process, SSPM connects to a Zoho WorkDrive API and, through the API, scans your Zoho WorkDrive instance for misconfigured settings and account risks. SSPM gets access to your Zoho WorkDrive instance through OAuth 2.0 authorization. During the onboarding process, SSPM will redirect you to log in to Zoho WorkDrive. After you log in, Zoho WorkDrive will prompt you to grant SSPM the access it needs to your Zoho WorkDrive instance.
The supported Zoho WorkDrive account plans for SSPM scans are the following plans:
  • Business Plan
  • Enterprise Plan
To onboard your Zoho WorkDrive instance, you complete the following actions:
  1. Identify the administrator account that you will use to log in to Zoho WorkDrive during onboarding.
Required Permissions: To grant SSPM access to the API scopes it needs, you must log in as a Team Admin or as the Super Admin.
  2. Identify the region that is associated with the administrator account.
Zoho has data centers located in specific regions. During onboarding, SSPM will prompt you for the region that is associated with the administrator account. You can determine the region from the base URL of the account. If the base URL is zoho.com with no region information included, your region is the United States (US). Otherwise, the base URL will include the region code. For example, the base URL zoho.eu identifies the European Union (EU) and zoho.in identifies India (IN).
  3. Sign out of all Zoho WorkDrive accounts.
Signing out of all Zoho WorkDrive accounts helps ensure that you sign in under the correct account during the onboarding process. Some browsers will automatically sign you in by using saved credentials. To ensure that the browser does not automatically sign you in to the wrong account, you can turn off any automatic sign-in option or clear your saved credentials. Alternatively, you can prevent the browser from using saved credentials by opening SSPM in an incognito window.
  4. Connect SSPM to your Zoho WorkDrive instance.
In SSPM, complete the following steps to enable SSPM to connect to your Zoho WorkDrive instance.
    1. Log in to Strata Cloud Manager.
