Palo Alto Networks has announced May 8, 2025, as the end-of-sale date for the AIOps for NGFW
Premium, AI-Powered Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM), and Strata Logging
Service with sized storage licenses.
Starting in March 2025, existing customers with these licenses will be
automatically migrated in phases to alternative licenses at no additional cost. The
updated licenses will retain the same expiration dates and terms as the original
licenses.
Migration Impact
- The license migration does not disrupt operations.
- Your updated licenses will automatically be reflected in your license subscriptions, requiring no action from you.
- You can view product and license changes in the hub portal under Common Services > Tenant Management.
- After the migration, you retain access to all previous product capabilities and gain additional features enabled by the updated licenses.
Here’s the post migration view of AIOps for NGFW Premium license to Strata Cloud Manager
Pro on the hub portal. The AIOps for NGFW product will change to Strata Cloud Manager,
and includes Strata Logging Service.
