Configure the Network Security Agent

Onboard, configure permissions, manage plans, and administer the Network Security Agent in Strata Cloud Manager.

  • Superuser role (for agent administration, onboarding, and managing permissions)
  • Network Administrator or Security Administrator role (for agent interaction)
As a Superuser (Agent Administrator), complete initial onboarding to configure how the Network Security Agent operates in your tenant before other users can interact with it.
  1. Log in to Strata™ Cloud Manager with Superuser credentials.
  2. Select Strata CopilotControl CenterAgent Permissions.
  3. Enable to activate the Network Security Agent (Planner) and all Expert Agents.
    • The default permission mode is Read-Write Supervised—the agent can propose write actions but requires explicit approval before executing them.
    • All Expert Agents inherit the Planner’s permission setting automatically.
  4. Review the defaults for newly released components:

  5. Select Proactive Plans to review them. Enable or disable each plan based on your requirements.
  6. Save.
