Strata Cloud Manager now provides a streamlined way to manage firewall log storage through the Device Associations page. This update centralizes onboarding and storage management, ensuring a more efficient administrative experience. Previously, managing log storage required navigating across separate interfaces, increasing the complexity of onboarding new devices and configuring storage settings.

Strata Cloud Manager now provides a simplified way to manage log retention by replacing open-ended custom day-range entries with six predefined time period options. This update reduces configuration errors and ensures consistent retention policies across your deployment.

When you update your retention settings, the system automatically migrates any existing custom retention configuration to the closest available predefined option. Once a retention period is selected, the system automatically purges logs after the specified period, enforcing your data lifecycle policy without requiring manual intervention.
