The region that you select when you activate

determines the physical location in which AIOps processes your data.

AIOps for NGFW

is not offered in all the regions where the Cortex Data Lake (CDL) infrastructure is supported.

AIOps for NGFW

deployment will expand to additional regions soon to match the telemetry data destinations. Currently, if you send your telemetry data to a region where the AIOps application is not supported, your data will be processed by an

AIOps for NGFW

instance in the United States-Americas region.

When you activate

AIOps for NGFW

, these restrictions are applied automatically. For example, if you select Germany as the region to activate an instance of

AIOps for NGFW

, only Germany-based CDL tenants can be attached to that instance.
