If you are a new cloud-managed
Prisma Access
FedRAMP High "In Process" customer as of December 2023, you can use the following information to transition from a single tenant deployment to a multitenant deployment.
After you receive an email from Palo Alto Networks identifying the license you are activating, including all your add-ons and capacities,
Get Started with
Prisma Access
to begin the activation process.
  1. To transition from a single tenant Panorama-managed
    Prisma Access
    to multitenant, select
    Get Started with
    Prisma Access
    in your email.
  2. Follow the steps to Activate a License for Single Tenant Cloud-Managed
    Prisma Access
    FedRAMP, but do not
    Launch
    the products yet.
  3. Instead, select
    Tenant Management
    .
  4. Select
    +
    Add tenant
    .
  5. Adding a subtenant converts your single tenant to a multitenant hierarchy. Select
    Yes
    to continue.
  6. Manage your tenants through the Multitenant Portal.
