    Learn how to activate a license for FedRAMP Moderate and High "In Process".
    The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) is a United States government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services for government users.     First Time Activation and Return Access

    There are a few ways to access your license activation and subscription or tenant management based on first time or return visit.

    If you are activating a license for the first time, you are automatically directed to Common ServicesSubscription or Tenant Management during the activation process.
    If you are a FedRAMP Moderate customer as of April 2024 or Prisma SASE FedRAMP High "In Process" customer as of December 2023, the following also applies to you.

    FedRAMP Moderate License Activation

    Get started with FedRAMP Moderate license activation.
    The FedRAMP Moderate license activations are similar to the consumer license activation in Common Services. Just remember to use the Customer Service FedRAMP account, the Gov Region, and the Gov Strata Logging Service.
