Effective data protection requires constant vigilance. When you deploy security services like Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (E-DLP) or Email DLP, you must ensure they remain operational to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration. In a complex cloud environment, visibility often becomes the first casualty during a service disruption; you might encounter a delay in email delivery or an inspection failure on your network and wonder if the issue lies within your local configuration or the global infrastructure.
The Palo Alto Networks Service Status Page provides a single, authoritative source of truth for the operational health of all cloud-delivered services, eliminating guesswork by documenting real-time incidents, performance degradations, and scheduled maintenance windows. By using this page, you gain transparency into the backend infrastructure, allowing you to distinguish between a service-side outage and a local networking error to help you maintain business continuity and streamlines your troubleshooting process.
The Service Status page also includes a list of upcoming Scheduled Maintenance windows that might affect one or more services, as well as a list of Past Incidents that impacted one or more services. Use these to understand if any future planned maintenance windows could impact your organization or if any past incidents might have been the cause of unexpected data exflitration.
