After you
Deploy the GlobalProtect Mobile App for iOS Using Jamf Pro
, you can verify whether Jamf Pro has installed the GlobalProtect app on an iOS endpoint.
From Jamf Pro, select
Devices
.
Search
for a mobile device.
Select a mobile device from the list.
Select
History
and view the
Completed Commands
,
Pending Commands
, or
Failed Commands
. In the
Completed Commands
, look for the
Install App - <app_filename>
command for GlobalProtect.
If you do not see the
Install App - <app_filename>
command in the list, or if the command appears in the
Fail Commands
list, select
Management
Management Commands
Update Inventory
to push the GlobalProtect app to the device.
