Verify the GlobalProtect for iOS App Deployment Using Jamf Pro

Learn how to verify whether Jamf Pro deployed and installed the GlobalProtect app on an iOS endpoint.

After you Deploy the GlobalProtect Mobile App for iOS Using Jamf Pro, you can verify whether Jamf Pro has installed the GlobalProtect app on an iOS endpoint.

From Jamf Pro, select Devices.
Search for a mobile device.
Select a mobile device from the list.
Select History and view the Completed Commands, Pending Commands, or Failed Commands. In the Completed Commands, look for the Install App - <app_filename> command for GlobalProtect.

If you do not see the Install App - <app_filename> command in the list, or if the command appears in the Fail Commands list, select ManagementManagement CommandsUpdate Inventory to push the GlobalProtect app to the device.
Repeat steps 1 - 4 to verify the deployment of the GlobalProtect app.
