You need a support account to log in to the Customer Support
Portal (CSP). You must log in to activate and access software updates,
or open a case with Palo Alto Networks technical support. Your support
account allows you to view and manage all assets—appliances, licenses,
and subscriptions—that you have registered with Palo Alto Networks.

Download the virtual ION image.
Select UpdatesSoftware Updates.
Filter for the Prisma SD-WAN virtual ION image in
the Please Select dropdown.
Download the image.
The images are available in a variety of formats to support
your cloud security and infrastructure. Review the Release Notes
