Log in to the Palo Alto Networks Customer Support web site.
You need a support account to log in to the Customer Support Portal (CSP). You must log in to activate and access software updates, or open a case with Palo Alto Networks technical support. Your support account allows you to view and manage all assets—appliances, licenses, and subscriptions—that you have registered with Palo Alto Networks.
