Prerequisites to Integrate with ChatBot MS Teams
To set up the Prisma SD-WAN Chatbot,
a user group needs to be created on Microsoft Teams. This user group
is then configured on the Chatbot MS Teams CloudBlade to let Prisma
SD-WAN know the users authorized to use the chatbot. Administrators
can configure multiple user groups on the Chatbot MS Teams CloudBlade,
allowing multiple teams and users to access the bot through their
channel.
Prerequisites
An active Prisma
SD-WAN subscription.
An Active MS Teams account.
