Monitor the MS Teams Chatbot

Learn to monitor the MS Teams chatbot.
The Chatbot MS Teams CloudBlade provides indicators to determine the operational status and displays real-time error messages. Select Monitor on the Chatbot MS Teams tile to view the Command History, Logs, and Usage Trend of the Chatbot-MS Teams CloudBlade.
The Command History tab maintains a list of commands executed through the chatbot the following attributes:
  • Team User Info: The user name and ID of the chat application user.
  • Command: The command given.
  • Status: The status of the command (Success or Fail).
  • Time: The time when the command was given.
The Logs (Warnings & Errors) tab displays all errors and warnings observed during the CloudBlade operations and logs the following attributes:
  • Type: The error type (warning/error).
  • Command: The command that was given/used.
  • Impacted Teams User Info: The error impacting the team’s user information.
  • Error/Warning Message: The error/warning message displayed.
Select the Column drop-down to search for any/all options listed above.
The Usage Trend tab displays statistics on the bot usage for the past 24 hours and a seven day average with the following data:
  • 24 Hour Count - Command: The command count runs in the past 24 hours.
  • 7 Day Average - Command: The average count of commands in the past seven days.
  • 24 Hour Count - Users: The count of users in the past 24 hours.
  • 7 Day Average - Users: The count of users in the past 7; else days.
