View a Ticket Associated With a Rule Violation

If you created a ticket in Jira from SSPM, you can open the issue tracking system from SSPM to view the linked ticket.
  1. Log in to Strata Cloud Manager.
  2. Select ManageConfigurationSaaS SecurityPosture Security.
  3. Navigate to a rule violation.
  4. In the violation, go to Ticketing.
  5. View Ticket.
