Filter and analyze performance data by office location to isolate issues to a
specific site
To segment application experience data by physical office or building
location,
Autonomous DEM supports
office location filtering. This feature
helps you determine whether performance issues are isolated to specific sites and
streamlines troubleshooting for location-dependent problems.
You can create custom office locations and associate them with IP subnets.
When users connect from networks that match these subnets, ADEM automatically tags
their sessions with the corresponding office location. The office location filter is
available across the Application Experience dashboard.
In addition to office location filtering, you can further refine your analysis by
filtering user experience data for a specific SSID and BSSID. This allows you to
isolate performance issues down to specific wireless networks or even individual
access points.
When you apply an office location filter, the dashboard metrics display
data only for the time users spent at that specific location. This time-based
filtering ensures you're analyzing performance that's relevant to the selected
office, even if users move between locations.
