Use the page to view a consolidated status of your integrations, from individual
use case runs to the overall system. This helps you troubleshoot issues, identify
root causes, and monitor the health of your integrations. The integrations Activity
page provides two views: Integration Activities and
Integration System Events. Integration Activities displays a
log of every use case run across all integration instances. Integration System Events
displays a log of system-level events that are not tied to a specific use case run,
such as engine events, configuration changes, and any workflow errors.
Integration Activities
The Integration Activities tab logs every use case run across all
integration instances. Each row represents a single use case run, regardless of
whether or not the integration instance had other use cases, with a unique batch ID.
The table supports filtering on all columns and searching by ID. You can export
the Integration Activities log as a CSV file for offline analysis.
Each row includes integration use case run information, such as:
- Volume — the number of records processed during the run. Volume
represents counts of whatever the use case handles, such as devices, alerts,
or vulnerabilities.
- Triggered By — whether the run was scheduled or triggered
manually.
- Duration — how long the run took. Blank for runs that are still in
progress.
Click a row to open the use case run details page, which shows the individual
events that occurred during the run. Events are shown in chronological order
and include:
- Start — timestamp of the beginning of the run.
- Test Connection — confirms connectivity to the third-party
system for the use case before data processing begins.
- Use Case Running — one or more processing events representing
data fetch or push operations. Multiple events may appear for a single
run when the third-party API is rate-limited and the run is
batched.
- End — timestamp of the completion of the run.
For in-progress runs, the events table automatically refreshes in the
background to surface newly completed events without requiring a page
reload.
Click an individual event to view its event logs. Logs include a configurable
log level, a message, the specific API endpoint called, and the amount of data
pulled or pushed. You can export the use case run, with an option to include or
exclude the log data. Logs are provided as a JSON document with one entry per
log line. Use case run data is retained for 30 days.
Integration System Events
The Integration System Events tab is a log of system-level events that are not
tied to a specific use case run, such as manual test connection runs,
configuration changes, and errors updating a configuration. Each row includes
the following columns:
- Event — the type of system event.
- Summary — a brief description of the event. Click the summary to
open the full event log, which can also be exported.
- Status — the outcome of the event.
- Time — when the event occurred.
- User — the user who triggered the event, providing an audit trail
for user-initiated actions. Empty for automated system events.
