You can filter the Incident List by selecting as many filters as you want from the following drop-downs:

    —See details about how this incident affects branch users. You can see the number and location of unique affected and potentially impacted mobile users.
  • Remediation Playbook
    —View steps you can take to resolve this incident. You can also view remediation steps for each incident in the AI-Powered ADEM Incidents, ADEM Incidents, and Strata Access Incidents sections of this guide.
  • GlobalProtect, Remote Network, or Service Connection Metrics Details
