You can only upgrade from Strata Cloud Manager Essentials to Strata Cloud Manager
Pro. You can activate Strata Cloud Manager Pro only in a Customer Support Portal
(CSP) account that does not include the following product licenses:
After you receive an email from Palo Alto Networks identifying the Strata Cloud
Manager Pro license you're activating, click the email link to begin the
activation process.
Choose the Customer Support Account that you want to use.
To upgrade from Strata Cloud Manager Essentials to Strata Cloud Manager Pro,
select the tenant where Strata Cloud Manager Essentials is currently
active.
Strata Cloud Manager Pro will use the same region selected for Strata Cloud
Manager Essentials.
