View the health metrics of your NGFW devices across all locations.

The NetSec Health Dashboard provides centralized monitoring of your NGFW devices'
operational status across your network as viewed on a global geographical map. The
NGFW Devices tab shows the number of devices that are healthy, unhealthy, or
unmonitored, along with the total number of incidents. The map view forms the central
part of the dashboard, showing your devices based on their geolocation data. Devices are
color-coded to indicate their health status, with clustering functionality for areas
with multiple devices sharing similar coordinates.
NGFW Devices: Map View Interactions
In the map view, the number in the circles correspond to a cluster of user devices
that are geographically colocated. A dot represents a single NGFW device. A green
circle or dot indicates a healthy device. Likewise, a red one indicates an unhealthy
device. A gray circle or dot indicates non monitored devices.
- Hover over a circle on the map to view a summary of the number of healthy, unhealthy, and not monitored devices in that location.
- Drill down or zoom in on any location for a more detailed, city-level view.
- When selecting a device or cluster on the map, the side panel displays specific information about those devices, including their status, software version, and device roles.

- The Devices Not Monitored view provides insights into devices that have delayed telemetry or have never been monitored, helping you ensure complete visibility across your network. You can click the number of devices to view a list of unmonitored devices.

- The Degraded Device Performance view provides insights into incidents affecting your devices, categorized by type, and offers recommendations to resolve issues.

- The NetSec Health Dashboard includes filtering capabilities to help you focus on specific aspects of your network. You can filter by device type, device model, and device role, allowing for precise monitoring of the elements most relevant to your current needs. If devices are missing geolocation data, the dashboard provides indicators and direct links to the inventory page where you can add this information. You can also click the NGFW Status Monitoring icon to navigate to NGFW List.
