Multitenant Reports

A new multitenant reporting capability offers managed security service providers (MSSPs) or distributed enterprises more comprehensive reporting capabilities that address the need for comprehensive data visualization across multiple tenants. You can now generate, email, and manage executive summary and supplemental reports that you customize to include information about specific tenants and geographic locations. These reports provide a comprehensive view of service performance, incident responses, and threats. For example, a supplemental Network Activity (Top Tenants) report identifies the top tenants with risky apps, URLs, and unblocked threats. Additionally, the ability to tailor reports to a specific customer enhances your service offerings.

Depending on your role, you’ll have the ability to share reports through email, view historical reports, and manage access to reports.

Strata Logging Service License with One Year Log Retention and Unlimited Storage

Strata Logging Service now supports a new license tier that comes with one year of log retention and unlimited storage space for logs. The new license tier simplifies the complexities involved in estimating the sizing requirement for your deployment. The new license tier is applicable only to first time users of Strata Logging Service . The existing users of Strata Logging Service license with sized storage can retain their current license without any impact and can continue to amend, extend, or renew. You can purchase the new license separately as a standalone Strata Logging Service license. If you are managing your Palo Alto Networks products using Strata Cloud Manager, you can opt for the new license tier of Strata Cloud Manager that includes the new Strata Logging Service license.

View Agent-Based Explicit Proxy

You can view agent-based or browser-based Explicit Proxy users connected to NGFW and Prisma Access on the All Users

In Strata Cloud Manager, go to Activity InsightsUsers to see an overview of all users connected to Palo Alto Networks' security solutions Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) and Prisma Access. You can easily determine a user's connection status to NGFW or Prisma Access, including the specific mode used and the user's location, whether at a branch site, service connection, or remote location. You can view agent-based or browser-based Explicit Proxy users connected to NGFW and Prisma Access.
