Amend a Subscription
Learn how to amend a subscription.
You can amend your production license subscription through Common Services. Reasons for
amending include, but are not limited to, the following:
- new add-ons
- subscription modification
- evaluation to production conversion
After your subscription updates are ready for use, you will receive an activation
link in your email. You can click the link or you can go directly to manage your
tenant.
The following steps apply to a full license allocation or to
a single tenant environment. Use extend or renew for shared license scenarios.
- Use one of the various ways to access .Select Tenant Management. Only one way is shown here.

Use the blue dots to find the tenant with the subscription that you need to amend, select the Tenant Name and Edit the licensed products.![]()
Make any necessary changes and select Activate Now.
