Deactivate an Individual Product

This topic contains to deactivate specific products from the tenant.

Use one of thevarious ways to access Tenants. If you have a single tenant environment, you will see Products instead. The steps are the same.
Select the tenant that is linked to the product.
To deactivate individual products, go to Actions Deactivate Product.
Specify the reason for deactivation and Schedule Deactivation.

All the superusers will receive an email notification when you initiate product deactivation.
Cancel Deactivation Request to cancel deactivation during the 24 hour grace period.
