Request a Trial Add-On

This section contains instructions to request a trial add on.

Important: We are rolling out this new, unified activation experience in stages. For supported SASE products, you may see the new activation console now, or you maybe directed to use the Hub for activation until the update reaches your tenant.

You can request a trial for only the following Prisma Access add-ons from within the Activation ConsoleActivation Console.

Strata Cloud Manager Pro

To request a trial add-on:

Log in to the Activation Console.
In the Activation Console, select Subscriptions & Add-ons.
Locate your base Prisma Access product and select Request Add-On Trial next to the product.
From the available add-on products, select the products for which you want trial access.
Click Activate Free Trial.
Once it is approved, you will see a notification in the Activation ConsoleSubscriptions.
After approval, the add-ons will be automatically activated and will be accessible in the Strata Cloud Manager.
You can also View Details of the product to see the add-on status.
