Aggregated Bandwidth Allocation Model—The system calculates the peak bandwidth consumption for each compute region daily by combining the consumption of all sites in the region.The system does this by computing daily peak values over a 30-day period and uses the 95th percentile value from the available data set (31 data points) to specify the compute region’s license consumption.
Per-Site Bandwidth Allocation Model—The system calculates the peak bandwidth consumption of every site daily based on data at 1-minute intervals. The system computes the daily peak values over a period of 30 days and uses the 95th percentile value from the available data set (31 data points) to specify the site’s license consumption.

View Subscription Usage shows how many licenses you have consumed so far. The Per-Site Bandwidth Allocation Model indicates daily peaks for 30 days and a 95th percentile value for a site, and the Aggregated Bandwidth Allocation Model indicates daily peaks for 30 days and a 95th percentile value for the compute region.
