If you have the AI Access Security
EVAL license active you must convert the evaluation license
to a production license to continue safely controlling access to and adopting GenAI
apps once the evaluation period ends. If you don't convert the evaluation license
into a production license:
- Traffic containing sensitive data is no longer forwarded to Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (E-DLP) for inspection and verdict rendering.
- Enterprise DLP is no longer accessible.
- Panorama™ management server—
- Strata Cloud Manager—
- Web Security and Security policy rules created for AI Access Security are preserved.
- Log in to Strata Cloud Manager.In the Strata Cloud Manager menu, select .The Strata Cloud Manager menu is located in the bottom-left corner of Strata Cloud Manager.

Find the AI Access Security evaluation license and select .Specify the production license terms you want for your tenant. The request is reviewed by your Palo Alto Networks account representative to create a quote.Specify the following information in your production license request.- License Quantity—Number of individuals that can use AI Access Security.
- Term—Length of your AI Access Security subscription.
