You can renew your expiring
AI Access Security
license to continue safely
adopting GenAI apps. An expiring AI Access Security
does not
automatically renew and requires you to manually renew it. If the AI Access Security
expires:- Traffic containing sensitive data is no longer forwarded toEnterprise Data Loss Prevention (E-DLP)for inspection and verdict rendering.
- Enterprise DLPis no longer accessible.
- —Panorama™ management server
- —Strata Cloud Manager
- Web Security and Security policy rules created forAI Access Securityare preserved.
- Contact yourPalo Alto Networkssales representative and request a renewal for yourAI Access Securitylicense.
- Log in toStrata Cloud Manager.
- From the bottom-left menu, select .

- Select the tenant for which you're renewing theAI Access Securitylicense.You can select a parent tenant or a child tenant. A tenant with a license that requires immediate action to renew the license is marked with a blue circle.
- Editthe tenant licenses.
- Agree to the terms and conditionsandActivate Now.
