Renew an AI Access Security License
Renew your AI Access Security license to continue safely adopting GenAI
apps.

If you have a Prisma Browser
Standalone License, you don't need to
perform any additional setup prerequisites, activation, and license renewal
procedures since AI Access Security capabilities are natively part of
Prisma Browser.
You can renew your expiring AI Access Security license to continue safely
adopting GenAI apps. An expiring AI Access Security does not
automatically renew and requires you to manually renew it. If the AI Access Security expires:
- Traffic containing sensitive data is no longer forwarded to Enterprise Data Loss Prevention (E-DLP) for inspection and verdict rendering.
- Enterprise DLP is no longer accessible.
- Panorama® management server—
- Strata Cloud Manager—
- Web Security and Security policy rules created for AI Access Security are preserved.
- Contact your Palo Alto Networks sales representative and request a renewal for your AI Access Security license.Log in to Strata Cloud Manager.Select the tenant for which you're renewing the AI Access Security license.You can select a parent tenant or a child tenant. A tenant with a license that requires immediate action to renew the license is marked with a blue circle.Edit the tenant licenses.Agree to the terms and conditions and Activate Now.
