If you have the
AI Access Security
EVAL license active you must convert the evaluation license
to a production license to continue safely controlling access to and adopting GenAI
apps once the evaluation period ends. If you don't convert the evaluation license
into a production license:- Traffic containing sensitive data is no longer forwarded toEnterprise Data Loss Prevention (E-DLP)for inspection and verdict rendering.
- Enterprise DLPis no longer accessible.
- —Panorama™ management server
- —Strata Cloud Manager
- Web Security and Security policy rules created forAI Access Securityare preserved.
- Log in toStrata Cloud Manager.
- In theStrata Cloud Managermenu, select .TheStrata Cloud Managermenu is located in the bottom-left corner ofStrata Cloud Manager.

- Find theAI Access Securityevaluation license and select .
- Specify the production license terms you want for your tenant. The request is reviewed by yourPalo Alto Networksaccount representative to create a quote.Specify the following information in your production license request.
- License Quantity—Number of individuals that can useAI Access Security.
- Term—Length of yourAI Access Securitysubscription.
- Send Request.
