Autonomous DEM Self-Serve empowers your end users to resolve the application experience issues that they encounter by displaying notifications on their endpoints. Autonomous DEM Self-Serve also offers the Application Experience User Interface to help your users solve the identified problems themselves. 

Before your users can receive this advice, you must enable the self-serve feature in Autonomous DEM.
