Steps to unsubscribe CNGFW Tenant from AWS Market place

Cloud NGFW for AWS	Cloud NGFW subscription Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Account (CSP) AWS Marketplace account User role (either tenant or administrator)

To unsubscribe a Cloud NGFW tenant from AWS Marketplace:

Sign in to the AWS Management Console.
Go to the My Subscriptions page.
Select the subscription for the product that you want to cancel.
Choose Cancel subscription. After canceling your subscription, you can't launch your application.

If you plan to resubscribe to the service, you must wait at least 2 hours after initiating the unsubscription on the AWS Marketplace. The unsubscription process involves an AWS unsubscribe-pending phase that takes approximately one hour, followed by a synchronization period for Cloud NGFW processes. Attempting to resubscribe immediately after unsubscribing is not supported and may result in errors.
