Learn how to search for subscriptions and add-on license details through Common Services.

You can search the subscriptions table with your contract number or Tenant Service Group ID (tsg_id). The

page contains information about all the licenses that you have access to based on your support account.

Use one of the various ways to access

Subscription

Type your contract number, tsg_id, or product name in the search bar.

You'll see the following:

Name of the licensed product.

Status of the license, such as partially assigned or all assigned.

The assigned quantity of the license compared to the total quantity available.

The customer support account.

The number of tenants associated with the license.

The contract number associated with the license.

The expiration date of the license.

The actions available for the license. For example,
