Manage Your Subscription in the CSP

Register additional Advanced DNS Security subscriptions and view your registered assets in the Customer Support Portal (CSP).

After completing your initial CSP registration, you can manage your Advanced DNS Security subscriptions directly from the Customer Support Portal at support.paloaltonetworks.com.
Register additional subscriptions—If you have purchased additional Advanced DNS Security subscriptions for other AWS accounts, register them from the CSP home page by selecting Register a Device.
Alternatively, navigate to ProductsAssets, select Account Actions, and choose Register NGFW.
  1. Select Register usage-based VM-Series models (hourly/annual) purchased from public cloud Marketplace and choose Amazon Web Services (AWS) from the Select CloudName Marketplace dropdown.
  2. Confirm the Cloud Marketplace field displays AWS Route 53 Firewall Advanced DNS Security (ADNS).
  3. Verify the Agreement ID and AWS Account ID for the additional subscription.
  4. Complete the device information and select Agree and Submit.
The Register a Device label is a generic CSP label. Use this option to register any additional Advanced DNS Security for Route 53 subscriptions.
View registered assets—To view your registered Advanced DNS Security subscriptions and their status, navigate to ProductsAssets in the CSP.
  1. Locate your Advanced DNS Security for Route 53 entry listed as AWS Cloud Route 53 ADNS (PAYG).
  2. Expand the entry to view the AWS Entitlement Info, including your AWS Account ID and Agreement ID.
