Export Long-Term Data from AI Canvas

Export up to 365 days of Strata Logging Service data from a widget in the Widget Library or on a canvas to a CSV file.

Widgets in AI Canvas show your Strata™ Logging Service data for the time range you choose when you build them. When you need a longer view for audits, compliance reviews, or trend analysis, you can export the data behind a widget to a CSV file for up to 365 days. AI Canvas generates the file in the background, particularly for time ranges longer than 30 days, so you can keep working while it runs.

You can export long-term data from the Widget Library or while viewing a canvas.

Export Long-Term Data from the Widget Library

Export long-term data from the Widget Library when you want to export a widget without opening a canvas.

From Strata Cloud Manager, select Strata CanvasAI Canvas.
Select Widget Library.
From the more actions menu (

) for a widget, select Export Long-term Data.
(Optional) For CSV Name, enter a name for the file.

The name defaults to the widget name.
For Time Range, choose Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days, Past 90 Days, Past 365 Days, or Custom.

The default is Past 7 Days.
If you chose Custom, select the start and end dates in the calendar, and then click Save.
Click Download.

A notification confirms that AI Canvas is generating the file. The file downloads automatically when generation is complete.
To check progress or find the file later, click View Downloads in the notification, or click the icon at the top right of the Widget Library to open All Exported CSVs.

Each file shows its size and creation time. Files remain available for 7 days.
(Optional) To download a file again or remove it, select the more actions menu for the file, and then select Download or Delete.

Export Long-Term Data from a Canvas

Export long-term data from a canvas when you are already reviewing a widget's data and want to export a longer time range.

From Strata Cloud Manager, select Strata CanvasAI Canvas.
Open the canvas that contains the widget.
From the more actions menu (

) for the widget, select Export Long-term Data.

For table widgets, select the Misc tab first, and then select Export Long-term Data.

For bar chart widgets, the menu is a single list.
(Optional) For CSV Name, enter a name for the file.

The name defaults to the widget name.
For Time Range, choose Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days, Past 90 Days, Past 365 Days, or Custom.

The default is Past 7 Days.
If you chose Custom, select the start and end dates in the calendar, and then click Save.
Click Download.
