You can deactivate either an individual product or all products associated
with a Tenant Service Group (TSG). Deactivation helps you manage tenant resources
efficiently by allowing you to reuse existing tenants and make optimal use of
available licenses.
When you deactivate a product, it is removed from the tenant, and the
associated license can be reallocated to another tenant
You can deactivate:
All the products in a tenant: Deactivate every product
linked to the tenant.
Individual product: Deactivate a single product from the
tenant. This is supported only for Cloud Identity Engine and Security
Lifecycle Review (SLR)
When you deactivate or remove all the products in a tenant, all its add-ons will also
be deactivated and removed from the tenant. After you initiate deactivation, you
have a 24-hour grace period to cancel the deactivation.
When you initiate deactivation, all the superusers will receive an email notification
during all the states of the activation process, such as scheduled deactivation,
deactivation successful, and deactivation failure.
