    Strata Cloud Manager uses the Unified Incident Framework to centralize incident management and provide a more contextual experience. The product-specific alerts and incidents are now located under Incidents. The previous Alerts & Incidents dashboard remains available in read-only mode for reference.
    This section describes incidents that may be raised when you have an AI-Powered ADEM license.
    The AI-Powered ADEM license unlocks the mobile users, remote sites, and application experience metrics gathered by ADEM based on the ADEM license(s) that you purchase. The AI-Powered ADEM License also gives you access to ADEM-specific features such as Self-Serve and Zoom Integration.
