Role Based Access Control in ADEM
The Tier 1 Support access controle role provides administrators with read-only access to
the ADEM data only.

ADEM provides role-based access control to the IT Administrators.
Administrators who log in with ADEM Tier 1 Support role get read-only access to the ADEM
application only.
The ADEM Tier 1 Support role is available only for
Prisma Access
tenants that
have migrated to the Prisma SASE platform.The ADEM Tier 1 Support role gets read-only access. When Administrators sign in as ADEM
Tier 1 Support role, they see only the ADEM dashboards and widgets in the UI:
- Dashboards
- onlySASE HealthMonitored Applications
- Application Experience
- onlyIncidents & AlertsApplication Experience Incidents
- Monitor - all tabs that have some ADEM data
- Applications (Prisma Accesstab only). The user will be able to see the list of Application tests by clicking theManage testsbutton, but will not be able to modify or add any new tests
- Users. The Self-Serve details page will be accessible but in a read-only mode.
