The Tier 1 Support access control role provides administrators with read-only access to the ADEM data only.

Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM) provides role-based access control to IT Administrators. Administrators who log in with ADEM Tier 1 Support role get only read-only access.
The ADEM Tier 1 Support role is available only for Prisma Access tenants that have migrated to the Prisma SASE platform.
The ADEM Tier 1 Support role gets read-only access. When Administrators sign in as ADEM Tier 1 Support role, they see only the ADEM dashboards and widgets in the UI:
  • Dashboards
    • SASE HealthMonitored Applications only
    • InsightsApplication Experience
  • Incidents & AlertsApplication Experience Incidents only
  • InsightsApplications (Prisma Access tab only). The user will be able to see the list of Application tests by clicking the Manage tests button, but will not be able to modify or add any new tests
  • InsightsUsers. The Self-Serve details page will be accessible but in a read-only mode.
  • Monitor. All tabs that have some ADEM data
    • Branch Sites
    • Prisma Access Locations
    • Subscription Usage
  • SettingsAccess Experience
