Once an app gains TSG support, instances of the app begin transitioning to the
tenant view. This happens on a rolling basis, so certain instances of the app may remain
in the support account view until they are transitioned. If you don't see the app
instance you are looking for in one view, check the other.
For apps in the tenant view, use Common Services for license activation, subscription
management, tenant management, and identity and access management. Subscription and
tenant management are only available in the tenant view for TSG-compatible apps.
If you do not see your apps in the tenant view, continue to manage license activation and roles from the support account view.
