On the PA-410R-5G, core dump files in /opt/panlogs/cores/ can accumulate and consume the available eMMC storage. When disk usage reaches 100%, you may see the tech support file (TSF) display a valid size on the firewall but receive a 0-byte file when you download it. If this occurs, run show system files /opt/panlogs/cores/ to check for large core files, and contact customer support to clear them before regenerating the TSF. The firewall also logs Disk usage for / exceeds limit, 100 percent in use when storage reaches capacity.
